This large chicken fillets style cleavage booster is designed to support the bottom of the breast, pushing them up to create a great cleavage.
 
The style is weighted so it is fattest at the bottom, with a
thinner top section for a seamless look.  They sit in the bottom of the bra but also come slightly up the front towards the nipple.  This helps to support the breast and push up the entire breast for a great cleavage.

They are a great size (double the weight of many breast enhancers on the Hight Street) to give you a great push in the right direction.  They can be used not only to create a great cleavage, but will also help to fill out the bra and will give you a lovely bigger breast profile from the side and under tops.
