 Payment Options 
Our checkout is powered by Paypal.  You can use your paypal account if you have one or pay on any credit or debit card.  Every step of the process is secure and you can trust in them to keep your payment details safe. You can also contact us to pay by cheque or postal order if you prefer.


 Postage and Dispatch 
All our products are sent by Standard First Class post through Royal Mail.  We will dispatch your item as quickly as possible.  This is usually within 24 hours of your purchase and may even be the same day.  We want you to enjoy your item as soon as possible!  Our carriers, Royal Mail, will then deliver your item to you.  Their target delivery time is 1-2 days, but please allow up to 3 weeks.

 

 Return Policy 
We fully understand that your breast enhancers and breast forms may not fit as you thought they would.  We give as much detail and accurate pictures to help you choose, but if you decide that they are not right for you just get in touch.  We can exchange as many times as you need to get the right pair or refund.  We understand that our packaging may have been damaged - this is no problem as long as the product is in a perfect condition.  Fashion tape and nipple covers can only be returned if faulty due to hygiene reasons.  We have only had one faulty roll of tape in our entire time trading, but please do get in touch if you think the product is not working as it should.

 

 Product Packaging 
We ensure that all our items are well packaged; you will find the packaging instruction details for your item in the product description.  If you buy multiple items these may be dispatched seperately or packaged up together.  Single items (excluding breast forms and possibly style 9 and 10 breast enhancers) should always fit through your letter box, but if you wish to buy multiple items and still want them to fit through your letter box, please contact us before purchase to discuss your postage options.  As a general rule, all breast enhancers/chicken fillets are packaged in tough mailing bags, and all breast form prostheses, fashion tapes/"tit tapes" and nipple covers are sent in padded jiffy style bags.  Return address labels simply state "S Sally" rather than our full name for your discretion.  We think that the packaging of our products does  not make the contents obvious, but if shipping to a place of work etc. we can  package  in jiffy bags or boxes.  Just email jo@silicone-sally.co.uk or use the contact us form to discuss your requirement and any extra costs involved.

Privacy Policy
Silicone-Sally is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected as all stages.  Your payment details are never seen by us and are processed only by the totally secure Paypal website.  Your name, address and e-mail address are forwarded to us for product processing and are stored on our secure host service.  We will not use this information to contact you after the sale, unless requested by you.  We do not send promotional emails or letters and we will never sell your details to a 3rd party (we know how irritating that is!).  If you would like to remain in contact with us for offers and new product details, please sign up to our mailing list on the "Home" page.
